Adventure Tours will take passengers to Huckleberry Island for an on-land tour by the Georgian Bay Biosphere Reserve

The Island Queen has a sister boat and a partnership with the Georgian Bay Biosphere Reserve.

On Monday a new 40-foot, 44-passenger vessel was being looked over by 30,000 Island Cruise Lines owner Steve Anderson and captains Les Hill and Joe McIsaac in the Island Queen’s Bay Street parking lot before being launched. This will be the first season for the 30,000 Island Cruise Line’s new Islander Adventure Tours in addition to its long-standing Island Queen Cruise.

“We’re going to use it to get the people to the islands, drop them off and do a tour (on Huckleberry Island) with the biosphere and lunch at Henry’s,” said Anderson.
